Dropkitly

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Dropkitly when you use dropkitly.com. Dropkitly is operated by Ronak Kachhadiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Dropkitly", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a membership you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our License Terms.

1. What Dropkitly is

Dropkitly is a membership library of digital products such as planners, printables, journals, ebooks, templates and marketing kits. Members can download products included in their plan and use them under the rights their plan provides.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account is for one person or one business. Do not share your login with others.
  • Tell us straight away at support@dropkitly.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Memberships and billing

  • We offer the plans shown on our pricing page. Prices are in US dollars and are charged monthly unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added depending on where you live.
  • Memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
  • Payments are handled by our authorised payment partner, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Their name will appear on your receipt and card statement. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • We may change prices or plan features. If a change affects your current membership, we will tell you by email before your next renewal, and you can cancel if you do not agree.
  • Any download limits shown for your plan on the pricing page apply to your membership.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. Products you downloaded while your membership was active remain yours to use under the rights you held when you downloaded them. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. What you may do with the products

Every product is licensed to you, not sold. The rights you receive depend on your plan and on the product, and are set out in our License Terms. A license certificate is issued the first time you download a product.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • share, resell or distribute products beyond the rights your license allows;
  • share your account, or download products on behalf of people who are not members;
  • use automated tools to copy or bulk download the library;
  • use the products to build a competing library or membership of digital products;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law, harms others, or interferes with the service.

If you break these terms we may suspend or close your account. Licenses for products used in breach of these terms end at that point.

7. Ownership

Dropkitly and its licensors own the products, the website, the Dropkitly name and logo, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Where your license allows you to rebrand and resell a product, you own the changes you make, but not the original design.

8. Availability and changes

We add new products regularly and may update or remove products from the library. We work to keep the site available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

9. Disclaimers

Products are provided for general use and information. They are not professional advice. For example, a budget planner is not financial advice and a wellness journal is not medical advice. We do not promise that using or reselling a product will produce any particular income or result. Marketplaces such as Etsy have their own rules, and you are responsible for following them when you sell there.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dropkitly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell members by email if a change is significant. Continuing to use Dropkitly after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting consumer rights you may have in your own country.
