License Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms explain what you may do with products you download from Dropkitly. Your rights depend on the plan you are on when you download, and on whether the product is marked as including resell rights.
Rights by plan
| Your plan | Rights you receive |
|---|---|
| Starter | Personal use |
| Pro | Commercial use |
| Reseller | Resell rights on products marked "Resell rights". Commercial use on all other products |
The product page shows your rights for that product before you download. The first time you download a product, a license certificate is created in your account under My downloads. It records your name, the product, your plan, the rights granted and a unique license code.
Personal use
For your own use only.
You may
- Use the product yourself for your own planning, learning or organisation
- Print as many copies as you need for yourself
- Edit it to suit your own needs
You may not
- Share, give away or resell the files
- Use it in products or services that you sell
- Use it for clients or any commercial purpose
Commercial use
Use it in your business, but do not sell the product itself.
You may
- Everything allowed under personal use
- Use it in your business, with your clients, students or audience
- Add your own branding and give it away as a lead magnet or bonus
- Include it in a paid service, course or membership that you run
You may not
- Sell the product as a standalone item, whether edited or not
- Pass any rights on to other people
- Share the original editable source files publicly
Resell rights
Rebrand it and sell it as your own.
You may
- Everything allowed under commercial use
- Rebrand the product and sell it as your own, on your website or on marketplaces such as Etsy
- Keep 100% of what you earn from your sales
- Edit it, combine it or bundle it with other products
You may not
- Pass resell rights on to your customers. They receive personal use only
- Give the product away for free in its original, unedited form
- Claim copyright over the original design, or offer it as part of a competing product library
Terms that apply to every license
- Licensed, not sold. Dropkitly keeps ownership of every original product. Your license is non-exclusive, which means other members receive the same products.
- Personal to you. A license belongs to the member named on the certificate and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
- What your customers receive. If you resell a product under resell rights, your customers receive personal use rights only. They may not resell it.
- Selling on marketplaces. Marketplaces such as Etsy have their own rules about original and resold items. You are responsible for following them. We recommend adding your own branding and changes before you list a product.
- No competing libraries. You may not use our products to create a membership, bundle site or library that competes with Dropkitly.
- No trademark use. You may not use the Dropkitly name or logo to sell your own products.
If your plan changes or ends
- Upgrading: if you move to a higher plan and download a product again, a new license with the higher rights is issued.
- Downgrading or cancelling: licenses for products you downloaded while on a plan stay valid at the rights you held then. You cannot make new downloads at the higher rights after your plan changes.
- Refunds: if a payment is refunded, licenses issued during the refunded period are withdrawn.
- Breach: if you break these terms, the licenses involved end and we may close your account.
