Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Dropkitly collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Dropkitly is operated by Ronak Kachhadiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at support@dropkitly.com.
Information we collect
| What | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name and email address | To create your account, log you in, and contact you about your membership |
| Your password | To protect your account. It is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that we cannot read |
| Your plan and membership status | To give you access to the right products and rights |
| Which products you download, and the licenses issued to you | To show your download history and to keep a record of the rights granted to you |
| Technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested | Recorded in server logs to keep the site secure and to fix problems |
| Messages you send us | To answer your questions and provide support |
We do not ask for or store your payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment partner, described below.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site: one that keeps you logged in during your visit, one that protects forms against misuse, and, if you tick "Keep me logged in", one that remembers you on that device. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run Dropkitly:
- Hosting: Hostinger hosts our website and database on servers in the United States.
- Payments: our payment partner processes membership payments as merchant of record, and receives the details needed to take payment, handle tax and send receipts. They tell us whether a payment succeeded and which plan you bought.
- Email: our email provider delivers account emails such as password resets.
- Fonts: the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google receives your IP address.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our members.
International transfers
We are based in India and our servers are in the United States, so your information is processed outside your own country. By using Dropkitly you understand that your information will be transferred to and stored in these countries.
How long we keep it
- Account details are kept while your account exists.
- License and download records are kept after a membership ends, because they are the proof of the rights granted to you.
- Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
- Records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your account and personal information, apart from records we must keep by law;
- stop sending you any emails that are not needed to run your account.
Email support@dropkitly.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored in hashed form, and product files are kept in private storage. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
Children
Dropkitly is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date, and email members about significant changes.
